RETURNS
We must be informed of your intention to return any item(s) within 14 days of your order being delivered.
Goods returned need to be in a resaleable condition and include original branded packaging, accessories and instruction manual (if applicable).
All returns must include a cancellation / return form with a valid RMA Number, original order number, details of the reason for return and what action you want us to take such as refund or replacement. Please note we can only replace faulty goods. Some goods may ned to be verified as faulty before a refund or replacement can be initiated.

Please email our customer services dept. including your original website order number in any email correspondence. We will usually provide an RMA Number within 1-2 working days.
Any unwanted goods must arrive back with us within 14 days of RMA Number being provided.

FAULTY GOODS
If your goods arrive and there appears to be a fault, please contact our customer services team via email, kindly include your original website order number in any email correspondence.
As long as the item is within the manufacturers warranty period, we can have the item replaced or refunded.
We will provide a prepaid Royal Mail return label in order for you to return any faulty goods at no cost to yourself for a refund or replacement, pending manufacturer inspection.
If a replacement is required urgently, we advise placing a new order, as the faulty item will be returned to manufacturer for confirmation of fault, this process can take up to 14 working days depending on manufacturer.
For faulty Aico goods, you will need to contact Aico and obtain a case reference number prior to getting in touch with us. We cannot proceed further without a case reference number from Aico, which only the customer is able to obtain; according to Aico return policy. (Aico verify every faulty claim before accepting liability)
