Refund Policy

REFUNDS

We require 7-14 working days to process any refunds from the date your return has been received at our warehouse.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

  1. Any unwanted goods to be returned at the customers expense and risk, we advise returning via a trackable/signed for delivery method.
  2. Goods must reach us in perfect condition in original packaging which must be unopened, undamaged, unmarked, and must be returned to us within 14 days of our email with return instructions.
  3. Please allow 7-14 working days from the date your return has been received at our premises for a refund to be issued. Any outgoing postage costs on the related order will not be refunded.
  4. SPECIAL ORDER items are not eligible for a return unless faulty, which will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis & may involve speaking directly to the manufacturer.
  5. If we are not informed within 14 days of delivery, and/or returns are received back at our warehouse within 14 days of delivery; we are unable to accept a return.

 

WE ARE UNABLE TO ISSUE A REFUND IF:

  1. Goods are returned outside of above-mentioned timelines.
  2. Goods returned are not in perfect re-saleable condition.
  3. Packaging is marked/damaged.

Goods not eligible to be refunded due to reasons mentioned above, can be collected from our premises in person or via courier. If you are unable to arrange collection, goods can be returned to you at additional costs depending on weight and value of the item.
