The Milwaukee M18FVP5-0 M18 FUEL™ Brushless Vacuum Pump is a professional cordless solution for evacuating air-conditioning and refrigeration systems without relying on generators, extension leads or temporary mains power. Delivering corded-equivalent performance, it is ideal for HVAC engineers who require fast, portable and dependable system evacuation on site.
Powered by Milwaukee's POWERSTATE™ brushless motor, REDLINK PLUS™ electronic intelligence and REDLITHIUM™ battery technology, the pump provides a flow rate of 142 litres per minute and an ultimate vacuum of 25 microns. When used with an M18™ HIGH OUTPUT™ 8.0Ah battery, it delivers up to 90 minutes of runtime in Manifold Mode or up to 60 minutes in Default Mode, depending on operating conditions.
The pump features 1/2-inch, 3/8-inch and 1/4-inch intake ports, together with a supplied 5/16-inch adaptor, allowing straightforward connection to a range of common HVAC hose sizes. A check valve helps maintain the vacuum when the pump is switched off, while the integrated ball valve isolates the pump from the system to support quick battery changes without losing the vacuum.
Designed to simplify routine servicing, the M18FVP5-0 includes a gas ballast valve to help reduce the frequency of oil changes, a large oil filling port that removes the need for a funnel and an angled drain for cleaner oil replacement. Audible and visual low-battery warnings provide clear notification when the fitted battery is running low.
