Product Overview
The Greenwood CV2GIP Unity was a highly efficient 100mm decentralised Mechanical Extract Ventilation (dMEV) fan designed for continuous ventilation in bathrooms, kitchens and WCs within both domestic houses and apartments. Suitable for wall or ceiling installation, it combined ultra-low energy consumption with intelligent humidity and timer controls to provide effective ventilation while reducing noise, heat loss and unnecessary running costs.
Its modern circular design and smooth fascia were created to blend discreetly into contemporary interiors, while Greenwood's patented installation features made fitting and commissioning quick and straightforward.

TimerSMART™
Unlike traditional extractor fans with a fixed overrun period, TimerSMART™ calculates the required running time based on how long the room has been occupied. This helps minimise unnecessary fan operation, reducing noise, energy consumption and heat loss.
HumidiSMART™
HumidiSMART™ monitors humidity created by activities such as showering and cooking, rather than reacting to natural seasonal changes in background humidity. This intelligent control reduces nuisance operation while maintaining effective moisture extraction.
