Kidde KF31R Sentry Mains Powered Heat Alarm with Rechargeable Lithium Battery Back-Up

The Kidde KF31R Sentry Heat Alarm is a mains-powered interconnectable heat detector designed for reliable fire protection in kitchens, garages, loft spaces and other areas where smoke alarms may be unsuitable. Using a thermistor heat sensor, the KF31R quickly detects dangerous increases in temperature while helping to reduce nuisance alarms caused by steam, dust or cooking fumes.

Featuring a sealed rechargeable lithium battery back-up, the alarm continues to provide protection during power outages without requiring battery replacement. The KF31R can also be interconnected with up to 23 compatible Kidde FIREX smoke, heat and carbon monoxide alarms, ensuring all connected alarms sound simultaneously when danger is detected.

Designed for straightforward installation, the alarm includes Kidde’s Quick-Fit Slide-On Base for faster fitting and integrated cable management for tidy, secure wiring. The 150mm flared base also provides a clean finish when replacing older or larger alarms.
